“At the age of 50 and with over 2 decades of experience helping busy professional men and women in their 40's and over get into the best shape of their lives, Dan knows too well the challenges that can arise for people when wanting to make a start on their fitness goals and make it a part of their everyday lives. Dan has therefore made it his mission to help all shapes sizes ages and fitness levels to achieve what they feel has been un-achievable and therefore show them that with the correct balance and simple structure in place it doesn't have to be an overwhelming struggle to achieve a fantastic body and feel better both in and out of your clothes. Dan guides his clients every step of the way both in-session (Now 'virtually') and around sessions making sure they stay motivated and on track.
Dan uses his very own training system based on nearly 3 decades of resistance training and body conditioning - incorporating different proven training methods that help speed up the fat loss and muscle building process. This has become the core engine of Dans transformation and fat loss programmes and proves to deliver outstanding results.

Over the years Dan has looked after many well known VIP'S and celebrities in fashion Music And Media and had also accomplished a successful career of his own as a music producer and DJ signed to a major record label. Dan featured in many magazines like GRAZIA, OK, NOW, MARIE CLAIRE and worked with brands - SKY TV, MINISTRY OF SOUND, SONY and many more. Dan was also assigned as Kate Moss's Personal Trainer helping her look her best.
