I’ve been helping clients in their 40s, 50s, and 60s look and feel their best for over 25 years. My approach is compassionate but direct and results driven— I help you stay accountable educated and motivated, while avoiding injury and burnout. My motto  is 'Build muscle - live longer" As more muscle means a better support system, less injuries, stronger ligaments, faster metabolism and more efficient fatloss

I only work with a small number of clients at any one time, so each person receives my full focus.

I’ve worked with clients along Abbotsbury Road, Ilchester Place, Addison Road, and around Holland Villas Road, delivering results that go far beyond weight loss.

From reducing back pain and regaining energy to finally feeling confident in clothes again — I’ve helped clients in Holland Park look and feel better than they have in decades.

I’m 57 and honestly hadn’t exercised properly in years,  I thought it was too late to make real changes. But Dan has completely turned that around for me! He’s so knowledgeable and encouraging, never pushy or intimidating.
